The Sacraments

Baptism

First Communion

Reconciliation

Baptism is the first step of initiation into the Body of Christ. It is the beginning of sharing in the life of God.

Please Contact Father Comeaux if you would like your child to be baptized in the Catholic faith.

Reconciliation

First Communion

Reconciliation

Reconciliation is encountering the mercy of God through his priest. Christ appoints priests to act in union with Him to absolve the sin of one who confesses their sin with a contrite heart.

Sacrament of Reconciliation is held 30 minutes prior to all Masses.

First Communion

First Communion

First Communion

Communion completes the initiation into the Body of Christ. We believe as Catholics that when the priest says the prayers at Mass, Jesus turns bread and wine into His own Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. It is a divine expression of God's desire to be in union with each of us.

If you would like your child to have First Communion, please contact Leslie Comeaux

Confirmation

Anointing of the Sick

First Communion

Confirmation is the second step in Christian initiation. Confirmation strengthens what we have received in Baptism for the responsibility of evangelization.

If you would like your child to be confirmed, contact Leslie Comeaux.

If you are an adult and would like to be confirmed, contact Father Comeaux.

Marriage

Anointing of the Sick

Anointing of the Sick

Marriage is a sacrament of service. It is where God becomes the bond of husband and wife that they as one may serve their family and community.

If you would like to receive this sacrament, contact Father Comeaux at least six months in advance.

Anointing of the Sick

Anointing of the Sick

Anointing of the Sick

The Anointing of the Sick is a sacrament of healing where Christ comes with his priest to heal the Sick. The healing is primarily in the soul.

Those with a serious illness or injury are asked to please contact Father Comeaux.

Catechism

Catechism classes are from ages Pre-K 3 through 8th grade. For post Confirmation youth, we will have opportunities for them to serve their Church and Church community. Please contact Leslie Comeaux if you would like your child enrolled in Catechism classes.
